What We're Looking For:
* Relevant industry experience and a genuine passion for food and hospitality
* Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* A relevant culinary qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
