We're looking for a passionate Junior HR Specialist to join our growing HR department and support daily operations with energy, accuracy, and a "people-first" mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
* Draft and post job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
* Screen CVs and filter candidates based on job criteria.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
* Follow up with shortlisted candidates and communicate interview outcomes.
1. HR Administration
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical & digital).
* Support onboarding/offboarding processes: documentation, contracts, clearance.
* Track employee attendance, absences, and leaves.
* Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (especially for Sales team).
* Follow up with the Sales team on daily/weekly attendance and commission inputs.
* Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
2. Reporting & Documentation
* Help generate monthly reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.).
* Ensure all HR documents and trackers are organized and accessible.
3. Training & Development
* Coordinate training sessions (scheduling, room setup, attendance tracking).
* Follow up on training feedback and maintain training records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in a similar HR support role.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
