Position Type: Casual / Part-Time
Working Hours: Late-night shifts, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression. Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest
* Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to guest
* Plate Carrying: Demonstrate the ability to carry up to three plates at a time, ensuring efficient service during peak hours.
* Customer Service: Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including clearing tables and assisting with setup and breakdown of service areas.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Availability: Must be available to work late-night shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. With rotating roster being able to sometimes close at 5am
* Physical Stamina: Ability to carry up to three plates simultaneously and work efficiently during busy periods.
* Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in friendly conversations and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
* Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic and high-energy setting.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
* Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and clean uniform and personal hygiene standards

Pay: $30.15 – $37.00 per hour
