About the Role
We are seeking experienced and reliable female Disability Support Workers to provide active overnight support to a female NDIS participant. This is an active 10-hour overnight shift requiring consistent engagement, safety monitoring, and personal care support.
We are looking for someone who can commit to min 2–3 regular nights per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing active overnight supervision from 8pm–6am
* Supporting with personal care and safety needs
* Maintaining accurate documentation and shift notes
* Ensuring a comfortable and supportive overnight environment
* Following participant-specific routines and support plans
About You
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Mandatory Requirements
* Female applicants only (participant preference)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (Paid Worker Card)
* NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
* Minimum 2 years experience in disability support or a similar environment
* Availability for ongoing, regular evening shifts
* Availability for day services commencing at 6am and Midday available
* Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach
