Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Pipeworks Leader to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects. You will possess a strong understanding of OHS and environmental requirements, as well as the ability to arrange plant, labour, and material resources for projects.
You will also be responsible for directing and monitoring sub-contractors, suppliers, and plant hirers, controlling survey requirements, and daily monitoring of activity costs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements, maintain compliance with construction programs, and report any non-conformances.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Civil Construction, proven leadership skills, and experience in shoring and pipelaying. They will also have a thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, and quality requirements for all site-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* OHS and Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with OHS and environmental regulations.
* Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Resource Management: Arrange plant, labour, and material resources for projects.
* Sub-Contractor Management: Direct and monitor sub-contractors, suppliers, and plant hirers.
* Survey Control: Control survey requirements to ensure accurate project delivery.
* Cost Control: Monitor activity costs and ensure adherence to budget.
Requirements:
