POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a uniquely skilled, very experienced International Travel Counselor to support a high-touch client across Australia and New Zealand. • Provide a full Domestic and International consulting service to clients • Process and complete travel requirements as requested by corporate clients in accordance with their travel policy and relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA). This covers all aspects of travel including air, accommodation, car hire, etc. • Offer value added alternatives and solutions in accordance with client and CWT directives. • Provide and maintain an exceptional level of customer service. • Complete all tasks assigned in accordance with CWT standard procedures • Offer value added alternatives and solutions in accordance with client and CWT directives. • Perform in a pro-active manner displaying initiative and ownership with relevant and accurate information being given in a timely manner • Proactively contribute towards monthly one on one sessions and yearly performance reviews • Achieve Key Performance Indictors (KPI) • Have the heart of the customer in every interaction • Remain updated on all aspects of travel through regular attendance at product seminars/workshops including CWT Preferred Supplier sessions within the CWT office and at offsite supplier updates, and other job related training. • Team work is an essential requirement of the role LI-DJA
