About The Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) at MLHD, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the nursing team. You will be the go-to expert for nursing education, providing engaging evidence-based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. You will use a patient- and customised-education approach to ensure all nursing staff can apply learning to clinical practice and deliver safe, high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning. Refer to the Position Description for details.
