The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the full client journey, delivering premium service from enquiry through to post-travel follow-up.
* Manage end-to-end bookings including flights, accommodation and ancillary services
* Provide expert advice and tailored travel recommendations
* Handle itinerary changes, upgrades and complex travel requests with confidence
* Build strong, lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business
About You
* Previous experience as a Travel Consultant
* Confident GDS user
* Strong customer service skills within a travel environment
* Highly organised, detail-focused and solutions-driven
* Passionate about travel and delivering premium client experiences
