We're looking for a Performance Creative Specialist & Video Editor who can produce highly engaging organic content and paid ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Youtube). This role requires someone who understands direct-response principles, consumer psychology, and can turn raw footage or b-roll into scroll-stopping videos that drive conversions.
This is a creative + analytical role, perfect for someone who can combine data insights, content strategy, and high-quality editing.
What You'll Do
* Create high-retention short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
* Produce performance-driven ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
* Edit videos using pattern interrupts, captions, b-roll, motion graphics, and dynamic pacing
* Write or enhance scripts, hooks, and CTAs using direct-response frameworks
* Use AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, ChatGPT) to assist with scripting, voiceovers, ideation, and creative testing
* Research competitor ads using AdSpy, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center
* Convert long-form content into high-performing short-form pieces
* Collaborate on creative strategy based on ad metrics, retention analysis, and engagement data
* Deliver multiple creative variations for A/B testing
* Stay on top of platform trends, best practices, and ad formats
What You Bring
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects, etc.)
* Deep understanding of performance marketing and social ad creative trends
* Experience producing content for both organic and paid distribution
* Ability to create hooks that captivate within the first 1–2 seconds
* Knowledge of direct-response marketing, DTC-style content, and CTA psychology
* Experience with UGC-style content, founder-led content, and b-roll storytelling
* Comfortable ideating and scripting fast-moving content
* Analytical mindset — able to understand which creatives drive results and why
* Portfolio demonstrating short-form, performance-driven video work
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with storytelling frameworks
* Experience directing UGC creators or coaching talent
* Background in paid social (Meta/Google Ads)
* Ability to generate or refine AI voiceovers with ElevenLabs
* Graphic design or motion design skills are a plus
