About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our office team.
This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for contributing to something bigger.
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
* Generate invoices and purchase orders
* Support payroll preparation
* Manage general office administration (filing, scheduling, supplies)
* Assist with data entry and document control
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar Accounts/Bookkeeping role
* Knowledge of MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software
* Accounting or finance qualifications are desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
