The Opportunity
At Beaumont Tiles, we are evolving our brand, customer experience and digital capability to support the next phase of growth across retail, trade and eCommerce. We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the evolution of the Beaumont Tiles brand – shaping how we present, position and communicate our business across every customer touchpoint.
This is a key leadership role within the Marketing team, responsible for driving brand strategy, communications, reputation management and integrated brand direction across the business. Working closely with GM of Retail, Digital & eCommerce and Buying, you will play a critical role in shaping the next chapter of the Beaumont Tiles brand as we continue to strengthen our position across Tiles, Hard Flooring and Bathroomware.
About the Role
Acting as the custodian of the Beaumont Tiles brand, you will ensure consistency of positioning, communication and customer experience across all channels and customer interactions.
You will lead the strategic direction of the brand while providing oversight and guidance across integrated marketing and campaign activity.
* Leading the Beaumont Tiles brand strategy and positioning
* Defining and evolving brand architecture, voice and customer narrative
* Providing strategic oversight of integrated brand and campaign activity across retail, digital and trade channels
* Leading PR strategy, media relations and reputation management
* Managing brand‐related communications, issues and crisis response activity
* Supporting Executive and corporate communications where required
* Leading creative and PR agency relationships and direction
* Defining the strategic approach to sponsorships and partnerships
* Ensuring alignment across Retail, Digital & eCommerce and Buying teams
* Using customer, market and brand insights to inform strategic direction and growth opportunities
About You
You are a strategic brand and communications leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building customer connection through clear, compelling brand experiences.
You'll bring:
* Significant experience in brand, communications or marketing leadership roles
* Strong understanding of retail, omni‐channel or consumer‐led businesses
* Experience leading brand strategy and positioning
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong agency leadership and creative direction capability
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
* A customer‐first mindset with strong commercial awareness
Experience across PR, reputation management, integrated campaigns and customer communication strategy will be highly regarded.
