Be part of a growing healthcare business with career progression About Our Client Our client is an Australian business with a national presence providing best in class healthcare services Job Description Perform daily bank reconciliations, monitor cash positions, and resolve discrepancies to support accurate treasury operations. Maintain the debt register, track drawdowns and interest accruals, and assist in compliance with loan covenants and lender reporting. Prepare and update weekly cash flow forecasts, incorporating AP, AR, and key financial metrics, and assist with variance analysis. Process treasury payments through the Transaction Banking platform, maintain registers, and respond to banking-related queries. Perform month-end reconciliations of GL accounts, credit cards, and employee expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with payroll data. Support the preparation and submission of BAS and tax filings, while maintaining a master file of taxes, duties, and exemptions across entities. Collaborate with finance and other departments to support audits, document treasury procedures, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4 years' experience in a treasury, finance, or banking operations role Strong understanding of debt instruments, cash flow management, and financial reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
