Child Psychologist Job – Northern Beaches | Kids First Children's Services
Feeling overwhelmed by endless admin, high-pressure KPIs, and working in isolation? You're not alone – and at Kids First Children's Services in Sydney's Northern Beaches, we do things differently. We know that working with children and families is incredibly meaningful, but it can also be demanding. That's why we believe that your well-being matters just as much as the support you provide to your clients. Here, you'll have manageable caseloads, dedicated admin time, and a genuinely collaborative multi-disciplinary team by your side – so you can do your best work and still have a life outside of it. If you're looking for a workplace where you'll feel valued, supported, and able to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Choose Kids First?

Driven by our Core Values of Care, Kindness, Compassion, and Making a Contribution, we offer a workplace that feels more like a professional community.
We Invest in Your Professional Growth
With a generous professional development budget, weekly Psychology Hub meetings, multi-disciplinary Case Conferences and opportunities to collaborate across disciplines, your career will be fully supported. If you're looking to make the most of your skills in therapy and assessment so that you can support children, young people and families, we'll help you reach your professional goals.
