 
        
        Adults Learning Disabilities Social Work Specialist Role
Established in Cambridge, our Adults service presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned social worker to lead complex case arrangements.
 * Assume professional leadership in complex case scenarios involving risk and safety concerns.
 * Through assessment, identify the needs and strengths of service users and/or family carers, and provide suitable solutions and interventions.
 * Utilize analytical skills to inform decision-making and intervention strategies.
 * Maintain support planning with service users to ensure outcomes are met within allocated resources through provision of necessary services and programs.
To be considered for this position:
 * Hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
 * Possess current registration with Social Work England.
 * Demonstrate significant frontline experience in Adults Services.

As a leading Adults Learning Disabilities Social Work Specialist, you will provide specialist social work practice skills and knowledge to support independent decision-making and problem-solving in high-risk situations. Additionally, you will create written and verbal reports tailored to legal purposes, focusing on concise, informative, and evidence-based content. The compensation package includes £37 per hour (assignment rate). This contract is for 3 months, with full-time hours and a location in Cambridge.
