The division employs more than **** team members.What you'll do:We're looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our team, in either Sydney or Brisbane, supporting our Sydney and Brisbane Fulfillment Centres—two of our most critical operations hubs.In this role, you'll work closely with site leadership to deliver financial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making.
With a strong business partnering focus, you'll help shape initiatives that improve efficiency, manage costs, and support long-term growth.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with operations leaders to support day-to-day decision-making through financial analysis and reportingLeading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviewsSupporting business cases and commercial projects that drive efficiency and valuePreparing clear, concise performance reporting for senior stakeholdersContributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvementWhat you'll bring:Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environmentThe ability to communicate financial insights clearlyExperience working with operational teams to influence decisions and drive performanceSolid technical skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reportingComfortable working in ambiguity and driving process improvementProficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)This is a great opportunity to step into a role with visibility and impact across two of our most important sites—while growing your commercial finance career in a supportive and dynamic team.Why us?
