Overview
Our executive Chef for Parra Leagues Group and our Head Chef for Vikings Sports Club are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Back of House team at Vikings Sports Club located at 35 Quarry Rd, Dundas Valley NSW 2117.
As a member of our team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.

Responsibilities
* Maintain menu planning, stock and ordering requirements.
* Ensure minimal wastage for all food outlets.
* Ensure that the entire Club's catering facilities meet or exceed operational, service and OH&S procedures, systems, and general requirements.
About you / Qualifications
* Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
* Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Experience as Chef De Partie, Commi Chef or a similar position either in a Hotel, Restaurant, or club environment.
* Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
* RSA qualification or willing to obtain (desirable).
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Ability to drive and have own transport - due to the location of the venue, there is limited access to public transportation
