We are experiencing continued growth in Australia and has an opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Redbank, Brisbane who can form an integral part of our automation maintenance team. About the role Do you enjoy being hands-on, fault-finding, working on SCADA systems in a team environment? This could be an opportunity for you. We are keen to receive interest from candidates with troubleshooting, maintenance and trades qualifications. Our Team Being part of our Daifuku team, you will be receiving an hourly rate from $48 per hour plus overtime and penalties. We also assist with your professional registration renewals and accreditation. Typical Responsibilities include: Diagnostic tests on the automation systems. Follow maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns. Troubleshooting malfunctions, faults, jams and breakdowns and performing the necessary repairs to restore full functionality. Diagnose faults and rectify communication issues. Schedule maintenance tasks on MEX. Monitor the SCADA System for error messages and material data. Your skills & experience A mechanical trade qualification Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical installations, maintenance and repairs. Experience in mechanical drives, including gearboxes, conveyor belting Experience in pneumatics and Hydraulics including Solenoid Valves, cylinders and flow regulators. Have a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand mechanical assembly drawings.
