ENGLAON Television is an innovative and growing business that delivers cutting-edge technology and offers high-quality TV for caravans and motor homes.
As a result of future growth plans within the business, we are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and creative individual to join the team as Technical Support/ Customer Service.
Duties & Tasks
· work closely with the marketing team and product Team to ensure that any incidents are quickly resolved, and updates are communicated back to clients.
· Answer phones, assist walk-in customers & convert leads into sales.
· Be responsible for post-sales & warranty.
· Respond quickly (both online and by phone) to general inquiries, follow up, and report to the manager.
· Attend Trade Shows domestic and interstate trade shows if required.
Experience
· Minimum of THREE years of experience in Technical support .
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is essential
· Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with deadlines.

Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
