We are a busy blue-collar business looking for a reliable Data Entry Officer to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient and comfortable working with numbers, records and computers in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Enter customer job, invoice and inventory data accurately into our internal systems Update customer, supplier and job records Review and interpret information from different suppliers and formats Check paperwork for missing or inconsistent information and use judgement to resolve any issues File and organize digital and physical documents Work closely with office staff, supervisors and operations teams Maintain confidentiality of company information Requirements: Proven experience in data entry or office administration Good computer skills (Excel, basic databases or similar systems) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine tasks independently Clear communicator, professional and reliable Comfortable working in an industrial or blue-collar business environment What We Offer: Permanent part-time hours Welcoming and supportive team culture Training provided on company systems Competitive pay based on experience If you meet the requirements outlined above and you're available now, we would love to hear from you.
