In your role as Business Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client engagements, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic advice. Your expertise will help guide clients through their financial journeys while contributing to the firm's ongoing success. You will lead and manage client relationships and deliverables, oversee and mentor junior staff members, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance. You will also utilize Xero, Now Infinity, and ATO Mate to manage and streamline processes. Ideally, you possess at least 5 years of experience in a professional services accounting firm, handling accounting and business services assignments. This includes the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and activity statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals. Strong proficiency in Xero. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable. You are either a qualified CA/CPA or are actively working towards this qualification. Detail-oriented with a professional approach. Eager to learn new skills and advance your career, aiming to progress to a Partner role within the next few years.
