Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness. We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends – this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants. About the role You’ll support participants with: Daily living tasks and routines Personal care and hygiene Medication assistance Emotional wellbeing and independence Community participation and social engagement Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment What You’ll Need Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability or youth support NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) WWCC (Blue Card) First Aid and CPR Certificate Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Highly Regarded Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent Experience with complex behaviours or mental health Strong communication and leadership skills Tech-savvy and organised Why Join Us?
