You'll be working with a group of very experienced staff in the window furnishings, home improvements and architectural products industry. You'll be responsible for...
- Account managing existing clients and increasing sales by introducing current ranges.
- Calling on potential current clients to discuss your broad product range and the value you can bring to their business.
- Put a sales plan in place for NSW and execute it effectively.
- Merchandising and sampling.
- Product and sales training for your clients and their in-store staff.
- Sell-in new product ranges.
- Joint calls with clients to illustrate how to sell your ranges and provide technical advice and sales support
- Classic troubleshooting and sales support
- Use of CRM and territory planning
- Regional travel, as required
Who are you?
- You have a proven track record of success in sales development and business planning.
- You are committed to ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service by building strong, long lasting relationships with business owners and their teams.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, your passion for your products and customers is infectious, and your drive to increase sales gets you out of bed every morning!
- Previous sales experience in window coverings is ideal, or alternatively, an experienced sales executive who has sold within retail sales channels.
- Comfortable selling a product with mechanical features. You enjoy selling products with technical benefits, and/or you are quite handy with basic home repairs.
- An interest in interior design and renovations is helpful but not essential.
All product training is provided.
