About the Role


We're looking for a passionate and organised Customer Experience Specialist to join our team for a 14-month maternity leave cover (full-time contract).

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need service support, warranty assistance, or help resolving post-sale issues. Your ability to communicate with empathy, stay organised, and collaborate across teams will be key to your success.

This is a fixed-term opportunity offering great experience in a high-performing team within a leading national brand.


Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with empathy and professionalism
* Create and manage service jobs in our CRM system (Insight)
* Manage warranty enquiries, including out-of-warranty quote requests
* Own and resolve complex or escalated customer cases
* Liaise with technical, recovery, and scheduling teams to deliver timely outcomes
* Support booking coordination when deeper service involvement is required


What You'll Bring

* Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or service coordination role
* Exceptional communication skills—confident, calm, and empathetic
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Proficiency in CRM/ticketing systems (e.g. Insight or similar)
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
* Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
