Lead Quality Initiatives in Intensive Care
This role involves driving excellence in patient care through quality and safety initiatives. Key responsibilities include reviewing clinical incidents to enhance patient outcomes, supporting improvement programs aligned with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and facilitating Clinical Quality and Patient Care meetings across disciplines. They will also contribute to continuous learning and system improvement through audits, action planning, staff education, and accreditation preparation.
