The role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Field Portfolio Governance & Delivery to lead the development and execution of the Field Data Portfolio Strategy. Reporting to the General Manager, Improve & Transform, you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape long‑term planning, investment priorities, and portfolio outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of programs, projects, and capability initiatives across the field portfolio. Ensure strong governance, clear roadmaps, and alignment to strategic goals. Track performance, manage risks and opportunities through data‑driven insights. Deliver executive‑level reporting to support decision‑making. Shape the broader Field Services strategy by identifying innovative solutions that drive measurable business and customer value. Lead, coach, and develop a collaborative, safe, and high‑performing team. Qualifications
Strong capability in strategy development, business problem solving, and data‑driven decision making within complex environments such as telecommunications, engineering, or construction. Experience analysing operational insights, financial impacts, and trade‑offs to shape practical, high‑value solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused with ability to manage competing priorities. Strong commercial awareness, process discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset. Benefits
