Are you a skilled Sales Representative looking for your next career opportunity with a leading Australian glass and aluminium company?

Our Woodridge Windows & Doors branch specialises in aluminium window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects. We’re seeking an experienced and organised Sales Representative to provide outstanding service to clients across Logan and surrounding areas.

The Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships by matching our windows and doors solutions to customer needs. You will also identify new business opportunities to expand market share and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with the annual windows and doors budget
- Strengthen G. James’ brand presence in the residential windows and doors market
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to deliver on business objectives
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Provide professional, responsive customer service to meet project requirements and uphold the G. James reputation
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About You

- Proven experience in the windows and doors industry (essential)
- Skilled in business systems, including MS Office, with experience using V6 quoting software (preferred); able to create and analyse reports to support business needs
- Communicates clearly and respectfully, adapting messages for different audiences and constructively resolving issues
- Provides high-quality, customer-focused service and proactively follows up on feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborates effectively across teams, leveraging strengths, resolving challenges, and supporting colleagues to achieve business goals
- Maintains professionalism, demonstrates organisational awareness, and contributes to a positive and productive team culture
- Holds a current Australian driver’s licence
