Serbian Language Companion
We are seeking a volunteer to spend time with an elderly person in care, providing companionship and engaging conversation.
* The ideal candidate will be able to speak Serbian fluently and visit regularly for activities such as chatting over a cuppa or taking a walk around the grounds together.
Your impact:
* Regular visits can help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.
* Visits from volunteers can bring great joy to the client you are matched with.
Requirements:
* Age 18 years or older
* National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by the organisation
* Prior experience working with seniors is beneficial but not required. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
