Customer Service and Administration Manager

Lead, mentor, and support your team as a Customer Service and Administration Manager

* Permanent Full Time, 38 hours across a Monday to Friday roster


Role Overview

As the Customer Service and Administration Manager, you will lead the front-line team to ensure efficient and effective reception operations. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be open to others' views, and comfortable making decisions. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, resolving problems proactively, and adapting plans as needed. Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, and wellbeing
* Building a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and development
* Providing timely, professional feedback to direct reports
* Managing resident accounts for rental and sundries accurately
* Overseeing check-in and check-out processes for residents
* Liaising with third parties on facilities management including maintenance, cleaning, and security


Candidate Requirements

* Experience in student accommodation or hospitality industry
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately
* Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia
* Recent National Police Check (within last 3 months, at your own cost)
* Working with Children's Check (NSW)
