The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer experience and staff management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain a complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and procedures.
* Proactively deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
* Completed a Food Safety Supervisors course.
* Completed (or willingness to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Understanding of written operation and financial reports.
* High level of management and conflict resolution skills.
* Possess good understanding of food safety concepts.
* Willingsness and ability to undertake one shift per month in leading kitchen position.
* Strong computer/ IT acumen.
