Technical Product Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our technical product support team, providing assistance to our clients with varying levels of complexity.
You will work closely with our sales teams to deliver post-onboarding technical support, manage inbound enquiries from our Real Estate clients via phone and email, and identify process and product improvements from client feedback that align with company strategy.
