The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient functioning of their office and managing schedules, communication, and preparation for engagements.
They provide proactive customer service to internal and external constituents, including the Board, Senior Management, staff members, community leaders, and Government stakeholders.
This role works closely with the Executive Support Assistant to ensure seamless support for the CEO and Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's personal and professional schedules
* Facilitate communication and prepare the CEO for engagements
* Provide proactive customer service to internal and external constituents
* Work closely with the Executive Support Assistant
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a sometimes-high pressure environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
• Effective verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Current NSW Driver's Licence
