About the Role:
We are seeking Retail Supervisors to join our team located in Bunbury and Australind, WA! Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!
Responsibilities:
Retail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety
* Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values
* Ensuring that customer receive prompt service and quality goods and services Responding to customer queries and complaints about goods and services
* Employee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)
* Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
* Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
* Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
* Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
* Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
About you:
* Previous experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory role
* AQF Certificate II or Ill
* Strong analytical and problem solving
* Strong communication skills
Pay: $68,835.00 – $80,000.00 per year
