Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) or Registered Nurse (Div 1)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Familiarity with aged care and disability support services
