Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Optimise the efficiency and uptime of GTP and automation platforms
* Support preventative maintenance activities and weekday servicing
* Collaborate with Engineering, DC Operations, and Planning to align labour and automation strategies
* Analyse system and operational data to maximise output and ensure consistent lead times at lowest cost
* Develop and improve scalable processes across low, medium, and peak demand periods
About You
The company is looking for:
* A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
* Natural leadership qualities, demonstrated by leading a team even outside the workplace
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Familiarity with automation systems (e.g. Schaefer/SSI) is a bonus
* Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and clear communication
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
