Assistant Store Manager | BWS Cobram | Passionate About People. It’s time to stop and smell the Rosé. With over 1,450 stores in local communities and 10,000+ team members, we’re the biggest local bottle shop in Australia. This role is to inspire the store team through an imaginative and empowering leadership approach that creates an engaging culture.
Responsibilities
* Empower, inspire and develop your team to achieve goals and perform at their best, utilizing business programs and your own initiative.
* Promote a customer-centric, safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping and team leadership with a focus on driving sales and achieving budgets.
* Foster the best-ever customer and team experience by leveraging strong people skills.
* Identify and deliver growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators.
* Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
* Inspire customers and the local community by tailoring your store’s presentation and activities.

* Proven ability to create an engaging, unboring atmosphere and winning culture.
* Strong people skills, attention to detail and delivery, with motivation to impact the community and team.
* Experience in fast-paced retail/hospitality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Lead by example and set clear direction for your team.
