SERVICE ADVISOR
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our Customer Care Team.
Mandurah GWM is one of the top-selling car dealerships in Mandurah, and we are looking for an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing service bookings, responding to enquiries, and ensuring that every customer experience is of the highest quality.
* Welcoming customers and providing a positive first impression
* Managing service bookings in person and over the phone
* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
* Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's progress throughout the day
* Accurately costing repair orders and explaining completed work
* Identifying future service requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong customer focus and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Experience with automotive industry software (training available)
* Experience across cars and/or motorcycles (although this role will not be dealing with motorcycles directly)
