Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
* Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
* Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
* Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
* Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
* Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests
About You:
* Have minimum 6 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role (restaurant and/or hotel background required)
* Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure
* Skilled in time management and organisation
