Customer Service Representative
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers to promote the sale of planned maintenance servicing of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, mechanical aptitude, and an eye for detail.
The key responsibilities include inspecting and quoting damage repairs to hire fleet vehicles, promoting and signing up retail Overhauls and PMP service/maintenance schedules for workshop and road service, approaching potential customers to increase customer base and turnover, visually inspecting and reporting on the condition of customer equipment on site and identifying retail opportunities, pursuing Service Department business development opportunities, dealing with customer enquiries, and preparing equipment repair quotations.
The qualifications and experience required include a strong customer service focus and skills, strong mechanical aptitude or trade qualified, ability to communicate professionally and courteously at all times, good computer skills with a sound grasp of the Microsoft suite of programs, excellent written and verbal skills, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks, and a strong sense of teamwork and work ethic.
