About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
Dynamic Role Offers The Chance To Work Across
* Aged Care (residential and community)
* NDIS participants – adults and children
* Support at Home clients
* Remote South Australian communities through scheduled FIFO outreach (small aircraft travel)

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive OT assessments across aged care, NDIS, paediatrics, and community settings
* Deliver therapeutic interventions across metro Adelaide and FIFO remote visits
* Develop individualised, goal‐driven therapy plans
* Prescribe assistive technology, sensory supports, and environmental modifications
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate clinical records aligned with regulatory requirements
* Build positive, respectful relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
About You
You are someone who:
* Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence
* Applies sound clinical reasoning and reflective practice
* Works well both independently and within a team
* Values person‐centred, respectful care for people of all ages
* Enjoys travelling to remote communities and practising in diverse settings
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* 1–2 years' experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
* National Police Clearance (within 2 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working with Children Check
* Valid SA driver's licence + willingness to fly in small aircraft
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Annual flu vaccination
