About the School
Lesmurdie Senior High School (SHS) is a co‐educational school in the Perth Hills, catering to around 1,000 students and supported by approximately 100 staff members. The Role
As part of the newly restructured Student Services team, you will be responsible for two‐year groups of students between Years 7 and 12. The role involves providing pastoral care and wellbeing support, implementing CMS and Positive Behaviour Schools policies, supporting the Chuditch reward system, and reporting to the Program Coordinator. You will also provide case management for identified students, work with external agencies and collaborate with the wider Student Services team.
* Delivering whole‐school pastoral care programmes.
* Contributing to positive behaviour strategies and reward systems.
* Providing case management for students requiring additional support.
* Working closely with teachers, parents and external agencies.
* Managing time, events and communication effectively.
* Maintaining professional knowledge of teen mental health and wellness practices.

Eligibility
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of appointment.

* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number.
