The Maintenance Administration Officerrole is perfect for someone who aligns with our values and has a passion for mechanics, administration and operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop & Maintenance Work Administration– Process work orders, track service history and liaise with mechanics and suppliers.
• Scheduling & Coordination– Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Inventory & Parts Management– Assist with tracking parts inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Cross-Department Collaboration– Work with Maintenance, Accounts and Operations Teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Compliance & Documentation– Ensure records, safety documentation and maintenance logs are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong administrative background, preferably in a mechanical or maintenance setting.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Officeand maintenance management software
• General Construction Induction Card(or willingness to obtain).
