About The Role
The Coordinator leads key aspects of teaching and learning while maintaining teaching duties. This includes implementing the Catalyst Program, supporting staff through professional learning, guiding curriculum development, and ensuring student needs are met. The role also involves managing behaviour, relief staffing, and contributing to the school's improvement plan. Strong leadership, communication, and curriculum knowledge are essential to support a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
* NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
