* Contract Duration: 03 Years (12 Months initially + 24 Months extension)
* Work Location: Only Canberra (Purely Onsite)
* Eligibility: You must need to have NV1 Security Clearance or above.

Please Note: This is an on-site Canberra based role which requires 5 days in office. Remote/Interstate based candidates will not be considered.
Role Description
The Cyber Delivery Manager is also responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of ICT and cyber initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule and budget. The role requires strong delivery management capability, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-disciplinary environments, consistent with the APS ELI Delivery Manager profile.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Deliver cyber security projects and programs using appropriate project and program management methodologies.
* Coordinate cyber assurance activities across architecture, governance, risk, compliance and audit functions.
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved.
* Develop and maintain project artefacts including plans, schedules, status reports and benefits management.
* Support agile and iterative delivery practices.
* Provide clear reporting and advice to senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT and cyber security projects and programs.
* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
* Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
* High-quality written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefings.
* Experience managing risk, issues and dependencies in a government context.
* Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, or Prince2 certification.
* Experience with DevOps and contemporary project management tools.
* Knowledge of cyber security capabilities and assurance practices.
