In order to support our growing operations in the Top End, we are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Pump Sales Administration, based in Darwin, Northern Territory. Our established Parkway branch in Darwin trades as Mawpump (PPS-Darwin).
To be considered for this role you should be highly organised, personable and be able to enthusiastically engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Your day will be kept busy with a range of planning, operational and administrative tasks as well as providing administration support to the rest of the team.
The role includes a diverse range of tasks including:
* Taking and handling inbound calls;
* Customer service including enquiry handling over the phone and in person;
* Sales support including preparing quotes, purchase orders and invoices, as well as coordinating procurement, logistics, contractors and related follow up; and
* General office administration related tasks.
To be successful for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* An organised and meticulous approach;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Experience performing a range of administrative tasks;
* Previous sales support experience (essential), with business development skills highly valued;
* Experience using accounting and ERP software such as XERO or similar systems;
* A strong customer focus and attention to detail;
* A friendly, personable manner which helps you provide wonderful customer experience;
* Experience with pumps, water treatment or other industrial sector, is not essential, but will be highly regarded.

* This is a permanent full-time role well suited to an ambitious individual looking to master the sales admin role.
