Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to clients and distribution partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates across a portfolio of representatives.
* Underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions.
* Manage emails, coordinate post-outs, handle incoming calls, and support debtor follow-ups.
Role details
This 12-month maximum term role is based in Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba), working full time – Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will spend the first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements—two days per week from home—will be offered, aligned with business requirements.
