Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in red team penetration testing, offensive security, or related security fields.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
AGSVA TSNV1 or higher security clearance under the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with OWASP, Offensive Security, and SANS training.
Knowledge of tools used in engagement testing, security event analysis, incident response, and related areas.

About The Job As a Security Consultant, you will help clients prepare for, mitigate, detect, and respond to cyber security threats.
You will leverage your understanding of computer science, operating systems, networking, cloud services, and security to assess and improve client security postures.
Your responsibilities include assisting with complex incidents, forensic analysis, threat hunting, malware triage, testing client networks and applications, and advocating for security requirements.
You will present complex concepts to stakeholders and lead engagements with cross-functional teams.
As a member of the Mandiant Red Team Consulting team, you will perform adversarial emulation, external penetration testing, web and mobile security assessments, and expand team capabilities through research, tool development, and knowledge sharing.
Successful candidates must be Australian citizens holding and maintaining an AGSVA TSNV1 or higher security clearance under the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework.
