Lynch Group is seeking a Sales & Category Analyst to manage retail sales reporting, product data integrity, and category performance across major customers.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data, reliable reporting, and effective coordination of product ranging and seasonal programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage weekly scan sales data and ensure accuracy across key accounts
* Reconcile missing or inconsistent data and maintain Issues vs Credits tracking
* Maintain and update SAP, and SharePoint sales and range systems
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering sales performance and KPIs
* Analyse sales trends, seasonality, and performance against targets
* Support monthly range setup with Account Managers, including SAP articles and DCIDs
* Maintain accurate product specifications and costing data
* Support major seasonal events (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) including reporting, forecasting, and post-event analysis
About You
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple reporting and administrative tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
SAP, SharePoint, Power BI, FMCG or retail experience, Coles/Woolworths systems exposure
