Well established large regional hotel group is seeking an executive chef / kitchen manager for busy fast‑paced country hotel restaurants catering for 500+ per sitting.
Responsibilities include rostering, employment, purchasing for multiple venues and supplier negotiations.
Must be experienced in handling large numbers and managing multiple staff.
Applicants must be passionate about the hospitality industry and keen to assist us in further developing and growing the kitchens in our award‑winning hotels.
Salary of $85k+ for a suitable applicant.
Position located in the large regional city of Tamworth that offers excellent educational, sporting and medical facilities with easy access to Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane.
