Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and previous experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting. They should possess strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety practices.
 * Assist with stock management and receiving supplies
 * Maintain catering standards while complying with OH&S and HACCP requirements
 * Support waste reduction and sustainable kitchen practices
 * Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
