* Achieving sales and profitability targets through ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the Communication Team
* Maintaining high standards of merchandising within the Communications Department
* Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet regulatory requirements and legislative standards, including incident reporting
You must possess a proven track record in retail, combined with a broad knowledge of telecommunications. Strong customer service skills and experience in cash handling are essential for success in this role.
